Returns
We will accept return on items to exchange for a different size or a in-store credit within 7 days. If you are wishing to exchange, please contact us within 7 days via email info@dtfprinthub.com.au. We will not accept change of mind returns. All returned item must not be not faulty and in originally packaging.

Refunds
We will only refunds on faulty or damaged products. Photo proof of damage or faulty items but be emailed info@dtfprinthub.com.au within 48 hours of your parcel being received. After this time we cannot be responsible for any faulty or damaged items. Item purchase price will only be refunded. We will not refund on postage

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days.

THERE WILL NOT NO REFUNDS OFFERED ON PRINTS - WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE RE-PRINTS IF WE ARE AT FAULT. IF THE IMAGES PROVIDE ARE LOWER THAN 300DPI WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOW QUALITY PRINTS.
